Default Bosch Solution 6000 RS485 to Ethernet Converter compatability

I have a Bosch Solution 6000 Panel and I want to put an output module in a Shed 1km away.

I plan to do this by converting the RS485 LAN to ethernet on each end and using Ubiquiti NanoBeams.

I purchased a couple of USR TCP232 304 converters but cannot get them to work on my test bench. (Panel does not detect output module)

Has anyone else had this issue with the USR TCP232 304 converters?

I think you would need the Bosch CM430S
