Samsung a21 volume goes low on own through video

The audio goes down on it own pretty bad to non existent. If I pause whatever then press volume keys up even though its showing high and open the video and play it'll resume normal audio for short few seconds then go low again. Any idea?

Are you using headphones, earbuds etc, or the speaker in the phone?

Do you have the latest software installed?

Tried rebooting the phone?

Yep and it's the speaker of the phone itself for audio
