    Default Why can't I ping

We have two cctv units with remote view at Coo......and ........ toys I did set these units up to have port forwarding and they were working I was able to ping both routers and view the cameras

now I can't ping either Coo...... 202.76.163.--- or ....... toys 202.76.163.--- have disconnected our equipment at ........ toys and reset the router but still can't ping
The only reason I could think of that the router was programmed to not allow us to ping but if that was the case we would never been able to ping?

Default why can't I ping the other computers?

Using 10/100 fast ethernet NIC's and a 10/100 switch with 3 computers in my home network.Have uninstalled and reinstalled all protocols:IPX/SPX,NETBEUI,TCP/IP.Assigned address's to TCP/IP(192.168.0.xx Subnet mask 255.255.255.0).can internal loop ping using both 127.0.0.1 and the assigned addresses.can share files and printers with all computers.CAN'T PING THE OTER COMPUTERS.I want to be able to share a dial-up internet connection and to do this TCP/IP must be able to ping the other computers.Ihave removed and installed the NIC's into other slots and reinstalled the drivers, can still share files and printers but no pinging of the other computers.Have I left out some important detail?

Mal are you on the same provider as the routers? Maybe the provider is filtering icmp traffic?
What would you do if your server was stolen or failed beyond repair?

A quick scan would appear to confirm that the provider is not filtering icmp as im able to ping some hosts in that netblock. So it sounds like either a config issue on the routers or maybe the router has some attack detection which has triggered. I have seen that happen before.
