The NSW Police when they announced those charges have said those charges will potentially be upgraded "depending on what happens" basically i read from that statement as "if she dies we may upgrade the bodily harm charges to bodily harm causing death or manslaughter charges"

It would be interesting to know if they terminate his employment completely now because its doesn't seem appropriate for him to be receiving pay now he has been charged.
