Ultraplus 1000hd ftp error and plugin issue

Hi All has anyone been able to ftp their box Ultraplus hd 1000 im having issues where it refuses connection also i have been unable to download
the cam plugin i have put it on usb stick ok and plugged it into the box and the box sees the plugin file and downloads it,but when
i go to the plugin menu there is no plugin app.
Any advice or help thanks.
If someone does have a ultraplus 1000hd if they have time can they please confirm if they can in fact ftp the box Thanks

Problem fix able to ftp and plugin now working under download go to usb change mode bring up plugin
format user data then reload plugin now all working this also allowed ftp so i assume plugin may have been

Hi there.

I had problems a while back myself and have helped a few out on the Forum - Ive posted a few Links on my other Posts.

One thing i did have recently was the Box would instantly crash when zapping to the Channel 7 Mux via D2 Vert which i think is using 16APSK.
It was like the Power supply was failing as the Display would go Blank and the Video motion was in slow motion.
After checking all Electrolytics on the power supply - i ended up changing one Capacitor but the Box still Crashed when on the Channel 7 Mux.

A last resort - Factory Reset sorted it all.
Strange - But it worked.
Something to bare in Mind..

My Ultraplus would crash on Optus D2 but fine on other satellites, don't know why.
At least D2 now is just feeds,
wouldn't mind if there is a new MXL for the IPTV , I can load in..
