    Have you looked at the MiniPro TL866 and it’s derivatives on the usual chinese sites?

    Dave Jones at Eevblog did a review on it about ten years ago. I bought one at the time and have found it ok for burning EPROMs for my vintage computers. It can also test some 74 series TTL ICs.

    Hi Shired,
    I need a good quality one like Hi Lo ALL-07 series, this is a very old model and that's what I prefer
