    Default VDC IN for DS-KV8113-WME1 Door station

    Good Afternoon Colleagues
    I hope you are doing well . I have noticed that there is 12 VDC IN: Power Supply Input for DS-KV8113-WME1 Door station . May i know what it is used for ? Also may i know if it is required to connect DS-KV8113-WME1 Door station to power supply to be powered on ?

    The 12 volt is only required if you a not using a POE network connection to power the door station.
