I'm green with envy. Nice one.
here's a photo illustrationg the changes in motorcycle manufacture over 60 years.....
1948 ajs 500 single.....
2008 triumph bonneville t100 twin.....
btw, the triumph is fuel injected, the 'carbies' are throttle bodies hiding the injectors.......
picked up the triumph on monday, pretty impressed so far. the staintune mufflers sound nice....

Congrats Hoe, nice bike.
Triumphs will always be a classic no matter how new they are.
boy i wish somebody would buy me something like that for my birthday
IF IT DONT WORK USE A BIGGER HAMMER
That AJS is a nice thumper!
yeah good to see they have pretty much kept with the old style and not gone the way of rice burners with all plastic trimming

heres some photos of the old bikes with my latest project, a yamaha MT-01. Just fitted it with yamaha stage 2 race kit and tail tidy......

Godzilla (20-11-11)
Bit of everything there Hoe.
That Yamaha looks extreme, quite a shape to it.
Sold the Yamaha, as it didn't really suit me. Would have probably kept it if I still lived in tassie but the roads here are too straight and boring for it.
Below is a latest photo of my thunderbird set up for touring with panniers/floorboards/highway pegs etc. and my daily rider, a triumph rocket 3 triple (2300cc or 140ci in harleyspeak) fitted with rotrex supercharger.
242 rwhp and lots of torque.
Rides just like a standard one until you give it the berries, then it gets insane......
Why a supercharger ? Because turbos are for gaylord nancy boys with awd jap cars......
