    you need to use the data.zip file from the second link.

    change the config file to suit. assuming your 7" screen is 480 x 234

    what screen resolution is it? As my 7" is 480x234 which is not a common resolution. Igo8 uses a data.zip file which has a u_igo8 dir inside which has the screen resolution dirs inside. If you have a resolution that complies with one of these dirs then it must be something else of course... But if not let me know if you have 480x234 as I have that dir if need be.

    in data.zip file there will be a folder naned ui_igo8 or similar. you need to add the 480 x 234 file to that folder using winrar etc.

    in the root of the igo folder on your pna there shoul be a file called sys.txt.
    use notepad to edit and make sure you have something like this.

    [interface]
    skin="ui_igo8"
    resolution_dir="480_234"
    vga=1

    [rawdisplay]
    class="landscape"
    screen_x=480
    screen_y=234

    [debug]
    skip_eula=1
    enable_roadshadow=1

    [map]
    auto_nightmode=1

    [msnd]
    msnd.start=0

    make sure 'skin' directory is the same as the folder you added the 480 x 234 file to.

    Cool mate, thanks for you perseverance, now working sys.txt file fixed the problem. My last question, is it possible to switch between skins ? On the go I mean ? However, all is working fine so probably best left alone lol

    Again, thanks

    Anyone got a fix for when I am searching for an address it refuses to allow me to put a street number into the search.. Have gone through the skin settings and cannot find anything that would stop this from working..

    Anyone ?

    Nah mate, doesn't work at all, only noticed when I went to go look at another motor the other day.. No matter what street I put in I cannot choose the street number, all my fav's are still there WITH street numbers as they were in before the upgrade.

    Shall have a muck around with it over the weekend, maybe a bad file or something.

    Cheers
