Outage 30 August 2023

We had an unfortunate fairly big outage today. It's the only major outage that our host has had in the 6 years we have been with them.
We have been back online for quite a while but unfortunately they have had to manually fix many servers having database connection problems. I would expect everything is working as normal, if not, please send a help/support ticket.

I got an error earlier, and it would not even let me report it. But, all is well now.

No, it took everything out, the forum on the austech.info domain and support on the austech.tv domain. Neither could connect to databases.
I feel sorry for our host (Knownhost). They have been basically bulletproof for the 6-7 years we have been with them and have provided the longest period of stability we have ever had. I can barely afford what we pay, but I am not prepared to go back to the nightmare days and to be quite honest, they have been that good that I have likely forgotten how to do a lot of things I used to have to. The joys of a fully managed service
