X360 Intermittent freezing?

Hi All
Had the young blokes 360 back from repair(3ROD) for about 4 mths now and it's starting this freezing caper. Happens in all games and console isn't modified. No red lights. Any ideas, or maybe send it back again?

I would ring MS explain its freezing .. sounds like overheating ... but if they fixed it ... should have replaced cpu/mobo ...?

freezing is usually and early warning sign of red lights, if its doing it constantly.
