Can someone tell me which softcams work with Irdeto 1 ?
I'm aware that CCcam up to version 2.0.0 works, but what else ?

make sure the spelling is correct in my one it was all in lower case once i sorted that out it was all good
as shown below extract of mg_cfg
# config files folder (softcam, autoroll, ignore/priority)
00 files in /var/keys
# 01 files in /tmp
T: { 00 }
notice the spelling all lower case

Have you tried with an Aurora card instead of softkeys?
Hmmm, strange. I had it working straight after a reboot. Still using 1.30d.
However, when I had to restart the softcam due to whitey not working, whitey starts to work and I1 softkeys stop.
I unhashed the one line as shown, everything lower case except T: {00}
Still no go.
Comment from other thread about "newcamd6.10b with HMK and PMK in the scce" sounds interesting. Anyone have any details on doing this?
I use Scam 3x as the softcam and paste this,

Ok, I paste the above (with correct details) into a file called irdeto and put it in the var/keys folder - is that right ? Doesn't work for me
Install newcamd 6.10b and create a file called ppua and put it into /var/scce. Newcamd then creates some other files, one of which holds the plain keys. If there is an EMK update it should handle that too (so no going back to a logger for new EMK).
Create the 'ppua' file (no extension) using notepad or similar and copy in the following:
0602:000000:00:0001XXXXXX:aa aa aa aa aa aa aa aa
0602:000000:00:00c3YYYYYY:bb bb bb bb bb bb bb bb bb bb
Just 2 lines is all.
XXXXXX is the provid aa's are the PMK
YYYYYY is the HSN and the bb's are the HMK
Should all be OK after that.

G'day KK,
I too use Scam because I have a 7025 and apparently newcamd is not 7025 compatible. But each time there is a EMK rollout, mine does not update. I have to get an EMK from a friendly logger and convert it manually to PMK then put that back in the irdeto file.
Does anyone know which other cams will AU with the correct details?

try making your AutoRoll.Key & SoftCam.Key are CHOMD 755 and newcamd will then update. I used to use newcamd 5.28 many moons ago with the ppau file in var keys with Ir1 details when playing around.
Was this post to me davo? I am using Scam, because as stated 7025 and newcamd apparently don't play together.
sorry to dig up this old thread but was just wanting ti know do you put provid id 10 in and also pmk 10 or just the prov id 00 and pmk 00 values
also i read that you must change the last two prov id values to 00 , is that correct , havent had much luck so far but im not giving up
just to answer my own question its the 10 values and works perfect , pretty cool

I dont think that Prid 00 is of any use these days? might be wrong
i did change the last two values of the prov id to 00 and its humming along just fine ? maybe it wont update properly ?
