pdf form insert digital signature not hand writing

Dear folks

The attached link is a pdf form what I have been doing fill name and other details on computer then printed then signed it and scanned it and emailed it

Is there a way we can insert signature digitally ? it would be easier then you can do it from your mobile

To insert digital signature in PDF, just make a digital signature & save it. Paste it in to the PDF when necessary.

I keep a scanned copy of my actual signature and just paste that into any documents that require it. So far no one has challenged it!

I have a .png image I made of my signature with a transparent background.
I opened your .pdf with Libre Office Draw, got it on the correct page, then went Insert > Image and selected my signature pic.
That places it on the pdf not anchored so it can be dragged into position and anchored.
Then I exported the document as a pdf by File > Export As > PDF

Here's a screenshot from the pdf (which I blurred deliberately):




Quite possibly other office programs can do the same thing.
