cable EVERYTHING(including internet/telephone/fax/tv/sat etc etc)

wireless should always be a final option...
I'm building a new house and don't want to install tv cable to all rooms in the place. I'm going to use wireless internet so no cabling problems there, can i use a single unit in the ceiling and transmit to remote tv's in the house using a wireless linkup to multiple units. I would have to use a rf module to AV outlets to feed into the sets, should be ok for digital?
Is there such setups and is so whats the best units.

I whole heartedly agree , the wireless rf units can suffer badly from interference from microwaves/mobile phones and numerous other things.
if i was building a new house i would install a 3 in x out multi-switch which could feed both my terrestrial and sat feeds down one cable.
i have personally setup my house with 1 x terrestrial and 2 x sat to every room plus 1 x network to the tv point and 1 x network to a corner in each room future proofing the home with all the network running back to my office
cable your house with plenty of options, plenty of coax & plenty of cat5. Power Points are useful as well.
its usually cheaper to get a sparky in before the walls have gone up than after it..
hell you dont even need a sparky
its easy enough to do by yourself or with a mate
make sure theres plenty of cold beer available
Depending on who is building the house you will need to nogotiate and put it in the contract saying you need access to the house at the right time to put all these cables in. Some companys will not let you in they will want to do it and charge you alot. It is also a good idea to take photos of where all your cables run before the plaster goes up, incase you need to get to them later.
& another one telling you. Forget wireless & hardwire everything.
You'll be sorry if you don't.
Reality is an invention of my imagination.

I agree with the Above as Well.
Cable everything.
Have it there before Plaster.
A Little bit of Organizing now can save heaps of stuffing around later.
Cable is Always a better option than wireless.
I would even consider buying some electrical conduit and putting in into the walls or ceiling or where ever so that later it could be used to run extra's.
I know its crazy but 43 years ago when I moved into this house it had TWO power outlets, one in the kitchen the other in the lounge, and they were on the same circuit as the lights. The house was divided into 2 circuits of 8 amp each.
So count how many devices you currently have and DOUBLE it for future proofing.
Remember even the damn fridge can go online today.
Thanks for all that info, looks like I'll conduit all rooms with cable and cat5 for later, many thanks for advice.
