    Default A-Link Plus Direct Connect Communication Failure

    Hi Everyone,

    I'm trying to connect the A-Link Plus via direct connect but am prompted with the following error:

    Communication failure. Check Control Panel Type, Customer Number or other related parameters on link.



    I've reinstalled the A-Link Plus application, restarted the computer and changed the COM port number all multiple times with no success in resolving the issue.

    Any idea what is preventing the A-Link Plus application to connect to the Bosch 3000 for configuration?

    You need to know the Installer Code and RAS Pin for the system to connect. Needs to be entered into the alink account for the system you are trying to connect too.
    You selected the correct version Solution 3000 panel.
    You have entered you cloud ID key correctly if connecting via IP module.
