Default Plant or Seed DNA tests

    Hi,

I am looking for a place to test wheat seed DNA to check number of chromosomes. It could be in Australia or offshore. I have found one place in Canberra, but pricing go in thousands and test codes are very confusing for me.
I have heard that the less chromosomes (around 16) mean unmodified seed. I would like to test few types that I do possess.

Any link or info on this would be appreciated.
