When you do things right, people won't be sure that you have done anything at all
*#7370# will format the phone and reset to factory defaults.
Make sure you have the phone connected to power because I've heard if the battery dies while you're formatting ... your phone will be kaput, true or not I dunno .. but I haven't killed mine yet.
