DM500S Question
Hey guys, another newbie question.
I have a clone i presume DM500S box, i think its rev 6. Now with the images that im supposed to be putting on the box, are they supposed to be the "old frame buffer" or something?
At the moment i tried PLi Iolite 2008 for DM500...am i supposed to be running the old frame buffer version?
Also i have noticed that with this image, on the web interface, it displays the older style remote control (i have the small grey one). How can i change this?
Last and not least, i have a genuine SELECT sub card in the box, and the only way i can get it to work is with running the latest SCAM emu. isnt CCCam2.05 supposed to work as well? because when i change to this cam, it doesnt work? SO hence how can i get it to work with CCCam2.05?

yeah thats what i figured, thats how its running now. however i would like to get it working with CCCam. is there any tutorials, info on how to configure it to make it work? Im not looking to share it or anything i just want it to work.
also any info in regards to what image i should be putting on my v6 dreambox?

yes, can someone point me in the direction of what i have to do with the cccam files to get it to work with my sub.

This image will work with any card in the slot. Its not the newest but works fine. Credits to author in the zip file. The image that chieflets has linked to may be more suitable , take your pick
From the read me :
The dm500s does not work with a lot of cards in the internal card slot.
So using it as a server is limited with the white cards that have just appeared....but they work on a phoenix connected to dm500s external port.
This image works with any card in the card slot except a white card.
This image works with any card in the external phoenix, including awhite card.
This image works with TWO cards at the same time.

When you say works with all cards in phoenix, does that included all updates with the white cards?
nope no DM emulator at moment can update a whitie use humax and grey wolf with a bf
