chatroom help for my site

Hey all.

I run 3 websites, 2 are for horse racing and for 1 I'll love to host a chatroom.
Now thing is the only one I could get working was a shitty one that hasn't been updated in years.
I'm looking at PHPopenchat and everytime I go to install it I can't get it working, can't even get past the database even tho I follow the guides.

Now I was wondering about java chatrooms, they seem to look a little better, I just can't add my banner from what I understand, I'll like something where I can add my banner & some ads from bookie websites.

Can anyone give me a hand, even install one from me or guide me through step by step?

I'm pretty much stuck.

I would love for it to be up today before 5, but have all weekend to get it going. I do run a forum on there with just the 3 members (just started it) and was wondering if theres a way make it so members there can use the same log in details?
