You can't just default the master code, once in programming you have to default the whole panel.
Most of us have a programmer module to gain access to the panel if the installer code is not known.

You can change the master code without a full panel default.
IF you dont know the install code, the programmer gets you in, or an old LCD that you know the install code on :P

Otherwise, if the INSTALL code is not known, default. (if u dont hav eprogramer)

    Default Dl 250

You can't default the master code from the codepad unless you know the installer code. If you know the installer code then you can find the master code.

Programmer or hot swap is the only way if you have neither.

Not quite as rare to make them a collectors item worth serious money, but rare enough.
I have 3. One brand new in the box, one as new lent to a mate a couple of times and one that has done all of my work over the years.
I have been looking through all of my excess programmers recently an am thinking about getting rid of some of them. No need for multiples these days.

At this stage their not for sale. If i decide to sell i have promised another member first bite. I still have to find some time to go through my stock. I had planned some time off to do this but as usual those plans went out of the door for this month.

Hi Guys sorry to revive a old thread this is my first post on Austech so please be gentle

I also have a old DL250 the is still running perfect however I cant find someone to dial in and set the system to call my mobile if the alarm is activated , Every alarm company I call tell me to buy a new system as the DL250 is now obsolete and no one works on them....Spending $600 on a new alarm just so it can dial me if it goes off seems a little pointless though

So by any chance is there a tech out there who can either dial into my panel with dasload (the alarm picks up if you call my number) or come out to me in Frankston , Victoria with a smart programmer ? id be happy to pay a service call for services if need be, I do have a copy of Dasload but don't have a computer old enough to run it

    Cheers

    A few questions.

    1) how old is your car
    2) how old is your tv
    3) how old is your computer
    4) how many times have you replaced each in the last 20 years?
