    Question Help

    Does anyone know how to unlock a mobile that the carrier has locked? You cant make or receive calls or send and receive text on this phone........

    Yep could be don't know as a bloke offered to sell it to me cheap is there a way to unlock it if it is barred?

    Do you know which carrier blocked it? Try calling the carrier (or your carrier) to find out what the exact problem is.

    I'm wondering after reading this, if this person is trying to sell the phone off cheap, it's not stolen by any chance, as it takes one phone call to the carrier with the IMEI number from the phone and the phone is barred as mentioned before, and this information is passed around to all of the carriers.
