Default same file, different HSN & prov id?

    hi all!

a while a go i got a gamma card from satbrokers, loaded it with gam file, and with some help of members on this forum, i got the card goin!!!
Now, i got another gamma but from a different shop, loaded it with the exact same file, and i'm getting different HSN & prov id's?

This is what's bogglin' the mind, do different sellers load "variations" of gamma o/s on or what gives the card other hsn & prov id's?
how could i get this card running aswell?

    regards
    rr

What was your original Purchase, a sellers or a blank.
What files and programs did you use to get the card going?

Are you saying that you purchased a gamma card ver 1.4 from overseas and programmed it yourself with a file ,it is now a working card however you have purchase another gamma 1.4 and using the same file and method to program it ,it doesnt work because it has a different hex and prov.
I read somewhere on this forum that programming 2 cards with a sellers file gives different hex and provider on each.
Possible reason why your second card is not working is because that particular hex serial is no longer being adressed and hence not receiving updates. Ask your mates for a new file.

each gamma has its own ID in the OS witch dictates what HSN it will get from the sellers bin or .gam file

    Nicely encapsulated Crypto,
I'd still like to know what this 'GAM' file is.
Most cards are activated with a 'BIN' file these days

this is from my experience, i have g@mm@plus card aswell which i loaded with BIN file and h2loader and is working 100%
also hav a g@mm@ 1.4 and load it with gammaloader v1 and .gam file also working now.

the gam files are for 1.4 cards from what i understand acs4.1
and bin was giving card acs 5.3?

Some HSN's in the old MCSA file have been killed off..

Yet some you may need to Waite up to a few weeks for a new EMK

Log the stream with a DM500 using the streeter tools from the forum.
When you find the emk that matches your hsn send the emk to the card using
the tools or fmcard or irdeto card explorer. I kicked some virginal cards this way.
    DM500s Black with rear on/off switch $99 inc post , DM800 sim 82 $250 inc post, DM800SE $310 inc
