Monitoring via IP or GPRS

Hey guys just wondering what the general cost monitoring by these methods would be.
Also what brands are available and if they send there info encrypted.

Okay i can tell you this

Securitel is priced at say $12+ per week
Direct wireless comes in around the same price or slightly less using VPN.
Permaconn comes in less at around $9.00 per week. Yes it using the public I/P and has the option off dual sim cards.
Emizon comes in under permaconn in price. Primary path being ethernet and Emizon has pricing plans that go way way below these other charges depending on clients requirements.

All use encryption
I dont know pricing of other systems or there cons or adv
