hi everyone, i was wondering are the digicipher2 decoders available here. i see there available from the usa from ebay for about $100us and on ,i was wondering has anyone here or in nz came across any units here or in nz etc .i have no trouble getting 1 from the usa but im wondering if itll work here if adjusted to pal the decoders are made by general instruments etc .thanks hamguy2 nsw
