Default keeping it running smoothly / Smart Wi Splitter

I am trying the smart wi splitter and am wondering if there is a way to keep it running smoothly.
using with one of the wireless receivers in a phoenix, another is in a humax.

Card Blanc is in the smart wi 'head unit'.

    I am getting intermittent images.

Smart wi splitter works fine if the right software in installed in the strong, however the methods previously described in other threads need to be followed in order to get it going..
