The Administrator account you are referring to is the "Super Admin" account built in with multi user operating systems similar to the "Administrator" account when you first load XP. This is the godlike account, there are ways of disabling this account but not deleting it. If you can see the Administrator account in Vista on the logon screen, chances are it has been enabled and it will have no password as default, if this is the case the you can go to the command prompt and type in the following to disable it again;
Make sure you are logged on in your regular user account, and then open an command prompt (run as administrator). Type the following command:
net user administrator /active:no
