DVR /PVR that I use to upload to my PC

Hi, I am after a DVR - PVR that I can record vision and save as XVID MPEG4 and then easily upload to my PC.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I have an external hard drive recorder that records in Divx format and it works really well. Only one AV input though. Purchased through my local PC shop - with hard drive, it was under $300.

Have a look at the attached link. This is the model although it looks like a Chinese clone. Seems to work ok.
