Young blokes sick of 360(sent back to be repaired for 2nd time.3ROD) and wants a PS3. Q is who has the best deals at the moment?

im in the same boat,after one for the son,so far $699,seems to be the average price going,eb games,harvey norman ect ect i think it will come down to what comes with it,games and shit,

You would think $ony would have to lower there price to compete with there competitor(M$), which has dropped there price again....i reckon they will drop b4 Xmas, so hang on a few weeks if u can

Oh well he couldn't wait, wound up getting one with game and HDMI cable for $679 from . Works a treat on a lge Lcd and 5.1 sound

Just did a straight swap Wii, 3xcontrollers, usb gecko,wii fit n 20 games for a new(10 day old with recipt) 40gb PS3 try your local Hock shop for a straight swap or c if they will work a deal out for ya

yea i recently got one,for the young bloke,and i love it divx/blueray,80ghdd,and online gaming is free unlike xbox.
and the rechargeable wireless controllers are awesome,unlike the xbox,standard battery setup,pfft.
