Many Years ago I used to do guard work and entered a building to close a window went through the wrong door setting of an instant zone
all of a sudden a siren noise like used when submarines dive came throught some horn speakers than a yankee accent voice hollered
I had breached a secure area alarm was activated and police and security are attending leave area immediately this and the sub noise continued to rotate till i found the bloody keypad
apparently ademco sell these horn speakers with builtin voice chip

FBI used to make a voice module for speakers as discribed above. Makes a hell of a noise you would think the world was about to end.

The FBI Voice Siren Driver is also programmable in German, Italian & Spanish....The funniest thing ever is to hear the thing screaming "You have violated a protected area, the police have been called, please leave immediately" in German !
