    Default Iredeto + NDS cam?

    hey guys im after a CAM that will allow me to run NDS Cards (foxtell) and Irdeto 2 Cards (UBI) in my strong box, if such a cam is not available, please help me with a name of cam that will run NDS and I will get an irdeto one separately

    I don't know of one. Maybe a Dreambox 7020 or an Octagon is an option?

    Isn't NDS the same encryption as Videoguard but married to box?

    Some of the programable cams claim to support NDS.
    eg: Dragon, Matrix etc... I dont now if they work nor any other, just that some claim to support it.

    There is no NDS cam as such.
    NDS is embedded in receiver software to enable decryption of NDS data streams.

    Perhaps the Smit cam can decrypt NDS, but I am not aware that it will.

    The only update for a SMIT cam I have found is for a CryptoWorks cam

    dragon/trex cam do sky uk, sky italia and one other cann't remember which one don't know if will work here. I would like to get one to try the latest has provition for two devises one card and one sim they also have provision for box id (serial) for married uk boxes that may work with original austar cards.

    Sky is NDS

    Austar cards are a varient of IrdetoII.....

    what I was alluding to was that you can put the STB id Serial No. into a dragon cam and get sky married cards to work on non broadcasters STB it would be interesting to play with austar original sub card and see if you can get it to work via this same method when married to STB. Dragons can be used on 5 or 6 different encryption types
