    Cool Data Eye 2000

Has anyone got experience with a Data Eye 2000 PC based DVR system. It would seem that it was put in by Chubb for Caltex as all unused channels have a Chubb / Caltex display on them. It does not seem to detect video on unused channels when it is connected & it would seem that to add more cameras will require programming. All help appreciated .

Definately need to program the unused channels in, do you have the administrator log in? The Caltex's I have been attending in the Sydney metro are using brand named DVR's. Ask the attendant as they generally have the right to do what you want.
