Dreambox Reboots After Updating New Sat.xml file

hey guys
i reflashed my box as i was hacing troubles with it.
now when i reflash it goes okay and everything works but as soon as i update a new sat.xml file the box doesnt work. It goes into the "please wait loading" screen then it just restarts again and again and again.

been workign on it all day pretty much

anyone got any ideas?

if you have the sats xml file saved

1: re-flash the unit with new image
2: setup the network
3: connect to the unit with dreamset 2.0
4: open the sat xml file you have with dreamset
5: upload it to the unit

hopefully that should work

i was just using windows ftp to upload it...

A tad confused, as PLi have most satellites worldwide in already since Helenite.

Exactly what are you setting up and for what bands, when I know this i can give you some work arounds.

same problem
as soon as it gets changed
the dreambox goes into a reset loop....


this is getting annoying

disconnect the lnb and do a reboot.

exactly my problem mate
if only u were a little bit sooner

pli rebooted on the loading screen

gemini however loaded only when you accessed the lnb through scanning the c1 channels.


all good now
