May be i should be on whinge pool as i just received my last months account for my prepaid $49 per month mobile account for which i got slugged an extra $36 in extras, my first instinct was to blame the kids until i thouroughly checked out the account
What i noted was that there were 81 retrieval calls = $76.65, ie a large percentage of my calls are going direct to mobile bank
When i changed from telstra the first thing i noted was how difficult and convuluted it is to retrieve your calls ie the longer it takes to retrieve your messages the more they make, noted a number of reports where optus are starting to get tricky
