most you can, BUT most need to be fat32 file system, not ntfs.
Sorry for the dumb question... but if a DVD player has a USB port does that mean you can plug in an external hard drive and watch movies off the hard drive?
Thanks.

What happens if I press alt + F4?
The $35 Aldi DVD Player had USB and it allows you to do it
Pioneer DVD players allow you to save you movies directly downloaded to a USB stick and play directly without having to jig any files. Excellent, at about $130 for an excellent DVD player with USB & HDMI as well.
shop @ aldi , you get aldi.

Yeah you sure can.
Aldi have the DVD player for $35 starting boxing day
So far the dvd player I bought wouldn't play anything from my memory stick. Wouldn't even show up jpegs or mp3s. I called up the info line and the tech reckoned it could be the brand of memory stick that the dvd player doesn't recognise.
I have a lot to learn about all this stuff.
Thanks guys for the help =)
Which DVD player did you buy?
