    Default Dm500 and heat.

How hot does a dm500s run at?
I thought the Humax 5400 ran hot but the dm's not far behind.

Dream doesn't run anywhere as hot as the Humax.

But....if you sit the Dream on TOP of the Humax then Dream fails.

Hmm mine seems to run hot. Silly question but would different images run hotter? Yeah sounds ****ed to me.

Indeed it may well be, or if you are feeling adventurous enough, pop the DM500 case, get a small heat sink (from your PC store) and pop a heat sink on the CPU, amazing how this works..

Did that on my 7020 as well, an old 486 cpu adhesive fan is the way to go.

And does definitely make a stability improvement. (less hangups)
