Something like this is what you need.
I have a customer that wants a system that will sms or call his mobile when the system is activated.
The catch is he wants it to be sent via mobile phone as his home has been hit a few times and as with most new homes the Telstra line terminates at the front of his home so it's not hard to disconnect.
I bolt on would be good as he would like to go local first to see if the alarm is a deterent.
Thanks

If its monitored you will know if the line is tampered with.
hey guys, is that a updated guardpost with gsm?
They still have those things? They must have heaps of cases left over.
What happens if I press alt + F4?
Have a look at the FE3000 designed by Fratech, available through CSD and Security Merchants.
Take a look at the TMN-50T from Security Communication Solutions...It might suit what you are looking for as it can be programmed to notify up to 16 mobile phones by SMS
Thats right, FAI.
They where about $1800, you could pay it off over 37 years.
lmfao
What happens if I press alt + F4?
Thanks for the replies. I remember a freind telling me they had an alarm system installed by FAI and on arrival found one of those SGII's.
Not really what I would call an alarm system......just a rip off when FAI were selling them.
The TMN-50T looks the trick, any idea of a price. I'll give SCS a call Monday and see what the cost of the unit is along with any ongoings.
Has anyone had any experience with them?
Actually, they are cheaper than that Rob.
You would be surprised,
They are just cheap NESS junk, but they work, we have a stack of them in the field, being an ex CHS licensee.
The rhino SMS module would be what your looking for here PaulFam99
