Default mobile phone with GPS capabilities

Hey anyone know of the most basic & cheapest GPS capable mobile phone.

are all GPS phones 3G? i only need the GPS option and only for Golf course mapping. So phone, camera and any other functions are not important at all.

this is what i want to use it for.

it should work out cheaper than using a stand alone golf course GPS device, i will also be able to divert my normal phone to this one in case of emergency on the course and i need to rush off and deliver a baby
