    Default Intelsat 10 C-Band

    Is it possible to get Intelsat 10 C-band FTA channels in Melbourne?? If so please let me know what size of a dish is needed for it???

    Some poeple have said they can pick it up with a 2.4m dish but a 3m needed for all TP's

    is no go in Melbourne the elevation is just on 0 °

    B52 I have friends watchinjg it in Melboune but yes the look angle is in fact about 3 degrees

    It's also being seen in many other places with no line of sight like Canberra, Argentina and New Zealand....

    Smile ive had it went it was on its way to 68.5east tested at 74 east and 72east

    hi there ive had that satellite when it tested at 74 east and 72east. this is when doodershan tv india analog etc discovery bmac espn bmac were on it there before they changed to digital etc ,and from analog to mpeg2 ,another guy up at muswellbrook named david pemberton received it stronger than me he had a 5 metre kti dish with a horizon to horizon mount which let you get to the extreme az and elevation very low.. where i was using a orbitron sx12 foot mesh dish with 2 motors 36 inch az plus 18 inch elevation .im up very high here as well .look at the pas10 footprint 1 of them passes basically through sydney nsw .cheers hamguy2 nsw.

    Smile you need a 2.3 to 3 metre in melbourne

    hi there ,you need a 2.3 to 3 metre in melbourne i wish pas 10 was still at 72 and 74 east when it was testing i had it here in nsw on a 4 metre dish then it went to 70 east then to 68.5east then we lost it, thanks hamguy2 nsw
