here's a batch file which will enable you to download latest vista and server2008 sp2 beta (Windows6.0-KB948465-X86.exe)....
just run batch file and use microsoft update.....

There is also a site with all separate hotfixes included in the second pack.
If you don't want to go for the whole SP2 Beta and just have certain problems, go through the list of hotfixes and see if it fixes the problem.
