I agree. It's theft/deception at the end of the day and I reckon there would be enough info to track him down fairly quickly. These guys need to know that you can't get away ripping people off on the net.

I lost eight thousand bloody dollars from a scum bag like him. This was around four years ago.The Authorities know all about him but can never seem to catch up with him. He lays dormant and after a few years he rips off another & another & another.
I received a phone call once from an officer at the N.S.W branch informing me that this S.O.B did it again and we almost had him.
They are real cool, these criminals. I deposited money into his account he sent me his driver’s license spoke to him on the phone E.T.C seemed about 99% safe.
The only bad feeling I had is when he sent me a fax showing the goods my fax machine went haywire spat the dummy and blew up. [That’s when I thought is this an omen] should have gone with my inner feeling and the fax warning.
