Xbox - are these files and folders important or can I delete?

Can anyone tell me if the following files and folders are important for anything in my Xbox, or can I delete them:

f:\Music\ShourtCast - contains a bunch of what I believe are audio files.

e:\Video\Arctic Thunder - ?

Also, in 'My Programs' on XBMC, there is a menu 'Trainers/Cheats' with only 1 program in it, 'Xorts3', I want to delete this as I don't know what it is, have never used it, and when i went into it my screen went snowy and the colours were all wrong.
I believe it's location is c:\Trainers as there is a file by that name in there. But there is also many other files with an extension of '.etm', can I safely delete all these or will it effect the freeware homebrew games on my HDD?

should be able to without any problems . the .etm files are actual trainers
but do not delete f:\music or e:\games as that is the folder , you can delete the files mentioned in there though
you can actually delete all of them , but I reckon it is best to keep the main folders in case you want to use them and then you do not have to remake them

Yeah, I was planning to leave the folders there, just clean out the contents.
