Ajax - all settings are right - getting perfect quality and signal but when I go to TV listings - comes up ecrypted program. How do I get pictures instead of ecrypted on DN? Any help would be appreciated.

Not exactly sure what you mean. I have the frequency properly I believe to be correct.
the only channel that will show a picture once sat has been set is TVSN (shopping channel)
