    Default PSP Game auto firmware updates?????

    Hi Guys

    Do you need to strip the updates from a downloaded psp games.
    The reason I ask is my nephew dowloaded the latest wrestling game and it seems it did an automatic update ( he swears he did not accept any updates)and consequently the PSP needed re flashing.

    If the games need stripping is there a tool people can recommend?

    you need to reflash it with the special battery tool no other way. it happened to my mates, i had to reflash for him then updated to latest 5.0 firmware dont accept sony updates
