    Default Engin Internet Phone 121 setup help

    I grabbed one of these units from Dick Smiths yesterday it comes with the cordless phone
    does any one know how to get into it so i can configure the Voip settings
    i can get in to the web page base setup but that's more for the router side of things

    If its an Engin product it is probably already preconfigured for their service

    Yeah I thought that too but i need to put my sip and login number in it
    But go figure the only time i need that Packetman (Engin help site) it is off bloody line LOL

    I think the engin branded stuff is unlocked when you buy it new, as soon as it
    gets access to the net it downloads a config file and locks itself, you will
    need to ring them and give them the mac address so it can be configured
    by them.
    So for anyone else that buys engin stuff pull the phoneline from your router
    before you plug the ata in, log into the box and uncheck provisioning,
    this will stop it from downloading a config file, you
    will then have an unlocked box
