FS/EOI:Pentium 4 Desktop + Monitor + Windows XP + Mouse/Keyboard

Hey guys
My old mans work is currently doing a clean out of some computers, i was forwarded a email this morning. While i personally have no use for the computers i was wondering if anyone here would be interested.

Please note that I am not making a single cent of these computers I have no assosiaction with my fathers work either, i dont mind if they are sold or not. I was just thinking that i would be able to help someone on this forum that may require a pc within this budget. They would make perfect desktops for word processing/internet/email etc.


These are the models available
ASI V202 – $100 the set (22 units): Pentium 4 2.4ghz, 512mb Ram, 40GB HDD, CD-ROM Drive, network, sound etc

ASI V210 - $120 the set (10 units): Pentium 4 2.66ghz, 512MB Ram, 40GB HDD. CD-ROM Drive, network, sound etc

ASI M250 - $140 the set (10 units): Pentium 4 2.8ghz, 512MB Ram, 80GB HDD, DVD/CD-RW Drive, network, sound etc

All units have been tested and will be sold as a fixed set – Computer Box, CRT monitor and fresh pre-installed Windows XP which is licensed, no other software is included. We have a big box of old mice, keyboards and cables if people want to take them.

I will only being doing these at one per user at the moment. I really dont want people to bulk purchase 10 units and just sell them off for a profit. That is not my goal. I could do that myself instead Im hoping these go to a good cause.

I am more than happy to provide copys of open office (similar to microsoft office for free). Microsoft Windows is included.

Just realised i havnt mentioned/dont know what brand of computers they are.

I dont think brand really matters, but ill update the post once i find out.

Had a look on the . These models aren't mentioned, but we carry a few at my work and they're generally bog-standard white-box desktops in my experience.

Not knocking them though. That's a great deal.

Not trying to be fussy just curious, what size is the CRT? Trying to get a computer together for my old man. I am assuming 17 Inch, hoping for 19?

Also assuming DDR ram ?

Just asking to see if the bits I have kicking around will help the build.
