    Default F0X channel guide?

    Hi,

I have a legit system on F0X, however, more so that not, we have no Program Guide when you hit the GUIDE button on the remote so channel selection by that means is no good.

We have individual channel info when +/- through the channels.

I am not sure, but we do turn the unit off (place in standby) most nights. Would this cause the lost of the GUIDE?

    thanks

Have you tried turning the power off at the powerpoint... wait 5 seconds or so... and turn it back on again

It fixes a similar problem, it may help you....

which foxtel unit do you have? i know with my parents sometimes the unit has a fit and wont display any channels, but you can hold down the power and the one next to it buttons for 5secs and th unit can reset itself, all the lights on the box do some sort of sequence when that stops you can just turn the unit back on and itll work fine again. well it does for my parents foxtel box.
    hope it helps.
