    Default PGM channels ??

Look I am unsure of what PGM channels are but I assume you have
good signal and quality strength and the right (very little) skew on the lnb.
Have you scannned their 3 transponders 12286 12326 12526 Horizontal polarity and symbol rate of 28800 FEC 3/4 ?
If so and assuming you are looking at pas 8 (intelSat) I cant see how you would not receive all channels.

    Hmmmm!!!
You do need to ring 1300735328 and follow the prompts to activate, then wait.

I got that box and mine works fine.

You need to go into set-up and punch in the information.
You need the remote control to do that and you need to know the secret number.
I think the number is 9949.
And you need to be pointing at Intelsat 8, because that is where the channels are.
If you getting them ARAB channels. then it sounds like you pointing your dish okay.

If your getting the Selectv page then your on the right satellite, and as per the previous posts it has to be in one of your settings. Try scanning the network and not the transponders.

    Good luck.

Your home channel tunning frequencies need to be setup on Selects transponder.

    Read and follow this carefully.

Does anyone know where you can get the standard UEC Firmware for this box ?

The foxtel firmware isn't the best and only allows the input of one transponder.

I don't know what the difference is between the foxtel firmware and the regular DSD660 firmware. Can someone explain?
I have a regular box so maybe I could JTag it and backup the firmware? Does anyone know if this is possible? The you guys could do the same to your boxes.

    Did someone say DSD660?

I didn't think they were capable of handling IR2.
