Default Help with a TP Link server client

I am unable to use cable to get a wireless network up for my dream 600pvr so at the suggestion of forum members I bought 2 TP Link TL - wa501G wireless routers. I set up #1 as server and got it up and running checked it on my laptop by using the wireless LAN and logged on fine . I then went to change the password user name from admin / admin to my chosen . It typed in and I accepted it but now when I go to log in to change server settings it doesnt recognise my password . I e mailed the manufacturer for help 3 times no response.
I plugged in my sewcond unit to my modem switch and set it up as client
I moved it into a remote location and plugged in the laptop to the LAN and NAda !
Anyone able to suggest a course of action
1 to recover my password integrity
2 to connect it to my client unit so I can run my Dream ?
    Any and all help appreciated
    Cheers
    Ramp

if you purchased these from me pm me and ill give you my phone number you can call for help.

if your password isnt working just reset it.

hold the reset button on the back and power cycle the unit (hold the reset button for about 20seconds while power cycling)

If he didn't purchase them from you how about you help him anyway? From my POV if it was me then I would think when I need another AP, that urban fellow is a top bloke as he helped me with another issue!!

Many times I have gone back to the person who has helped me in the past. They didn't make any money out of me initially but down the track they got more business from me and then recommendations etc.

    What does everyone else reckon?

    mate your a bloody tool
i did help him(read my post before jumping down my throat), but if he his purchased the unit from me id feel obliged to give him phone support as i have to MANY OTHERS.

If his passwords not being recognized he needs to reset the unit.

Ive spent endless hours on here helping people out , if he didnt buy it from me i don't see the need of giving him phone support(tplink wont even answer his emails) but i will help him through pm/forum as much as possible.

BTW how does your post help anyone out

Your initial response..... and if he didn't? Tool? I don't think particularly highly of you either

My post was more to highlight how people do business.

You seemed to be quite knowledgable about what day you should be at centrelink! Never been there myself

You got help from Urban_Soulja - Simply reset the Box.
If that doesn't work then no ammount of suggestion from here will work either.
You only other option is to contact your supplier and claim warranty.
