Guide for downgrading Wii from V3.4 to V3.2

Has anybody had to downgrade their Wii from V3.4 to V3.2 ???

If so what guide did you follow ?

There are heaps out there on Wii forum's and YouTube, but just wanting to know what you people found the best as a guide.

if you look 10 posts down from this thread you´ll see Wii - how to downgrade firmware? ( ) - there´s both a written guide and YouTube video linked in there by myself and it all worked fine for me.

I also found a guide . Its 30 Pages deep, Iv'e read the whole lot, some say it worked straight away, other say it is having trouble.

I'm guessing this whole process takes around an hour ? Is that correct ?
