    Does anyone know where I could purchase a 4Ohm speaker

    4 ohms is a common impedance for loudspeakers.
    You need to also specify the diameter, power rating in watts rms and whether it is a woofer, tweeter, mid-range, car-stereo etc.

    Jaycar Electronics sell individual replacement loudspeakers.

    If it's for a brand-name hi-fi speaker system, you would be well advised to obtain a replacement from the manufacturer of the system.

    Take you requirements down to Dickies and ask a clueless 15 year old what speaker to get! Only to be told that the iPhone is an equivalent replacement for your speaker, as long as it's on a $150/month 3G data plan.

    but seriously, look for a wes catalogue, or jaycar, or altronics all peas in a pod! they'll have the right size, freq requirement, wattage and so on!
